Abstract

The first equation in [Opt. Express 26, 6345 (2018)] contains an error and is corrected in this erratum.

We have recognized an error in Eq. (1) of Ref. [1], which should read correctly:

β_{m} (ω) = \frac{n (ω) ω}{c} (1 - \frac{1}{2} {(\frac{u_{m} c}{r_{F} n (ω) ω})}^{2}), m = 1, 2, \dots

None of the results are affected by this typographic error. We are grateful to Aurora Crego for drawing our attention to it.
