Abstract
The results of 1.75 × 103 h of 6328-Å attenuation measurements made in Rome in the period 20 September 1973–19 September 1974 from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. are presented. The quantities that are reported are the frequency distribution F(A) of attenuations greater than A, the frequency distribution of the attenuation in given intervals, and the frequency distribution of the daily maximum of attenuation. The results are discussed.
