Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the trends in >100-Tb/s single-mode fiber transmission using >10-THz ultra-wideband WDM technologies. We also present our recent research results on triple-band WDM transmission applying >1-Tb/s/λ high-symbol-rate technology.
