Abstract
A new universal optical-trapping (UOT) technology was developed. Physical, chemical and biological properties and their evolving dynamics from single UOT airborne particles were studied using position-resolved temporal Raman spectroscopy, back-scattering patterns, and cavity ringdown spectroscopy.
