Silicon Photonics for Microwave Photonics Applications

Abstract

We describe the use of silicon photonics to develop integrated microwave photonics components and subsystems for generating chirped microwave and millimeter wave pulses as well as for providing optical delays and phase shifting for photonic beamforming.
