Abstract
Demultiplexing of a mode-lock pulse train is performed by using newly proposed spectral-interferometric technique that observes coherent linear correlation between the signal and a modulated local oscillator. While the experiment confirms 2.4 Gb/s, operation of this technique supports higher bitrates, because its speed is limited only by the pulse width of the local oscillator, but not limited by electrical circuits.
