Abstract
Recently there has been rapid progress in the study of high-order harmonic generation. Harmonic generation was investigated at various wavelengths of 1.06 µm, 0.6 µ, 0.24 µm. These experiments showed that the plateau distribution of harmonics was observed more clearly with red or infrared lasers than uv lasers. We observed the 25 th harmonic (9. 9 nm) of a KrF laser, and a gentle decay in harmonic distribution with some anomalous peaks.[1]
