Abstract
Achieving compact devices is essential for Astronomy. Integrated waveguides are key in compact devices, so their optimization can potentially reduce the final dimensions. In this work, we study the design of straight, narrowing and widening waveguides in LiNbO3. We find a relevant dependence of light guiding on design and fabrication parameters.
