A Grouped Handover Scheme for Optical ISL in Satellite Network

Abstract

This paper proposes a grouped handover scheme for optical ISL to address network performance degradation caused by frequent link switching. Simulation results show that the average loss rate and delay performance are improved 77.6% ,5.9%.
